Fyzul Khan

Fyzul is the Chief Executive Officer of Silver Leaf Partners and its founding member. He is responsible for the oversight, management and development of all aspects of the firm’s business and operations.          

Prior to founding Silver Leaf Partners, he held executive level positions at a variety of financial services firms. In his 25+ years of experience, Mr. Khan has worked at investment management companies (Oppenheimer & Co. and Orbitex Asset Management, Inc.), a fund administrator (Gemini Fund Services, LLC), and held supervisory responsibility for a variety of operating companies. Through its life cycle, and under his management, Silver Leaf Partners has provided mini-prime brokerage, trading, administration, marketing, capital raising and consulting services to investment funds, investment managers and a myriad of operating companies. His career and experience include extensive executive level responsibility for the establishment, growth and management of mutual funds, hedge funds, asset managers, trust companies, administration firms, transfer agents, and related financial services firms.

Mr. Khan is a graduate of the City University of New York and obtained his J.D. from Delaware Law School with a concentration in corporate and securities law. He is an attorney admitted in New York through the Supreme Court Appellate Division (Second Judicial Department), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a FINRA-license holder of the Series 4, 7, 24, 63 & 99 securities licenses.
